What can a 14 year old do if he does not want to move with his parents he live in tn and does not want to move to Florida?

You are a minor so it's not your choice I'm afraid. If you know someone who you can stay with in Tn and stay in the school you are now, you can ask your parents but I think they will say no. Ask if any of your friends know someone in Florida or if you know someone online so everything wont be all new when you're there. I think you'll be fine.
