How should you style your hair for a job interview?

The best way to wear your hair is to keep it out of your face (in a bun or a low ponytail) so that a) you seem more approachable (you won't seem like you are hiding behind your hair) and b) it will decrease your chances of fiddling with your hair during the interview.
