What happens if the water freezes in your engine?

im only 12 but i know a lot about cars! =D so if the water freezes in ur car, there isnt much u can do. :( sorry. u just have to wait and let it melt. but in the mean time, u might wanna put it in the garage or somethin like that. =P thx 4 reading!
