How do you set the clock on a 2002 Yamaha v-star 650 classic?

With the key on, press and hold the instrument UP button, and at the same time, hold down the RESET button. After a few seconds the hour will begin to blink. Release both buttons, then the use UP or DOWN button to adjust the hour, and release. Then momentarily hit the RESET button to advance to the minutes. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the minutes. Release. Press the RESET Button once more to exit the clock function.
