Why do people dress indecently?

well, in my opinion, there is no such thing as indecent clothing (unless it was for a specific occasion that has specific clothing requirements). because what people wear is what they want to, its what makes them who they are. people can say what they want, but it is still up the the person if they WANT to change or not. if they like to wear it, then so be it. its not like its a crime. well, unless it was completely inappropriate, like bikinis in the mall or something..
