Can you train a spider to defend you?

While Spiders can exhibit certain behaviors based on conditioning, training them to defend a person is not feasible. Spiders lack the cognitive ability to understand or respond to commands like a dog would, and their instinctual behaviors are primarily driven by survival and hunting. Additionally, most spiders are not aggressive towards humans and would not recognize a need to defend. Therefore, relying on a spider for defense is impractical.
