Discuss Scout's comment about the mockingbird in relation to Boo Radley?

Scout’s comment concerning Arthur being forced into the public eye would be like killing a mockingbird because mockingbirds only sing to benefit people so they shouldn’t be killed, while Arthur was helping Scout and Jem and didn’t deserve the “punishment” of dealing with people honoring him since he is recluse.
