The concept if literally explained is an opinion without scientific support. Each human being has the potential to be a manager, a leader or an enterpreneur. Nobody is born with perfect set of skills rather one has to work in acquiring the necessary skills. Thus, parents and teachers play a big role in instilling and inculcating the essential foundations of a future leader or manager or enterpreneur and one's potentials are tapped from childhood, nurtured through years of education and harnessed through years of training and practice. It is a continuous learning experience.
