Who manufacturers Stanley commercial snow blowers?

Stanley "commercial" snow blowers, sold at Home Depot, Lowes, and others are made in China. It is your money and you should buy what you think is the best value for you. But when there are so many snow blower brands made in the USA, unlike most products, why would you choose the one made in China?
