I just got my navel Pierced 4 weeks ago and the two holes is dark and crusty around the holes and I sometimes get white puss coming out is this normal Is Dial Soap good?

Yes it is normal. The type of jewelry they used might be the cause of it too. Right now it's still in its healing stage so you are going to experience itching, redness and yes puss. Dial soap is not really the best way. Most piercing shops give out cleansers for the after care when you go get a piercing. I'd say go to one and ask for a bottle of anti bacterial soap lotion. It softens the area while it disinfects.
