Is something wrong if you're 18 and this is your first pregnancy and you have spotted brown twice and went for an ultrasound and they told you the baby was 6w 4d developed and it should be 8 weeks?

Yes!!!! Something is seriously wrong. You should contact your doctor immediately and tell him everything that has been happening. Yes well obviously I went to the doctor already, twice, but i have to wait for two days for my next ultrasound. They could just be messed up on my ovulation days and i could have conceived later.
