Clients who are treated well will stay clients. Clients who are treated poorly will take their business some place else. Clients who are treated well will tell others about their experience. This may bring you more clients. Clients who are treated poorly will also tell others about their experiences. The people they tell will never be your customers. Most importantly though, the golden rule applies, even in the business world. Always try to treat others as you would like to be treated. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
