How do you get to 14 Boerum Place Brooklyn New York 11201?

It depends on where you're coming from. You can take the 2 or 3 (of the 1-2-3, the red line) or the 4 or 5 (of the 4-5-6, the dark green line) to Borough Hall (at Joralemon Street), then walk half a block east on Joralemon Street to Boerum Place and half a block south to 14 Boerum Place.

Or you can take the A or C (of the A-C-E, the blue line) or the F (of the B-D-F-M, the orange line) or the N or R (of the N-R-Q-W, the yellow line) to Jay Street-Metrotech (also on Joralemon Street). Then walk 2 blocks west on Joralemon Street to Boerum Place, and half a block south to 14 Boerum Place.

Note that the N only stops at Jay Street-Metrotech from 11 PM to 5:30 AM, when the R isn't running.
