Beginner Exercise DVD, I got this from www.funcercise.com. It has easy lightweights exercises for beginners. Sunshine first demonstrates the exercise then starts the set making it easy to follow. The DVD has a full body routine, with a 4 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of exercises with weights and abdominal exercises, a 5 minutes Cool down with stretching, and a 5 minute relaxation segment with nature and affirmations.
