Sand blasting is prohibited

So they say... It was legally prohibited in Europe during 1962, but still a lot of companies (metals industry, jeans) are still using it. Today, a lot of European Union member states have prohibited sandblasting, but it is not clear which member states are! Yet, finding the relevant law or article or whatever prohibits sandblasting, is not an easy task. Updating of thisanswer is necessary, and I will come back with more details.
