Where was the first Andrew Collinge salon opened?

Andrews father, Peter Collinge opened the Peter Collinge salon in 1954 in Liverpool, London; where haircuts cost a modest 10 shillings and sixpence. Peter was later joined in practice by his son, Andrew Collinge who eventually opened his own salon, called the Andrew Collinge salon, in 2005.
