Humans have since evolution communicated as social animals by gestures, vocal utterance and written expression conveyed semantic content within the linguistic community. In the differentiated geographical and social environment every community has evolved a distinct vocal expression with mono syllabic/ compound syllabic phonemes utterance with semantic content to be later constituted as morphemes for both vocal and written expression in a generalised syntactic structure.

The human cognitive process by recall from memory identifies such morpheme /morphemes (prefix-suffix with root Word) with the distinct semantics for the particular linguistic community to understand the meaning of any particular Word/Words

The different languages that have evolved through history have distinct phonemic structures with semantic content for every linguistic community.
