Should you eat after a knock to the head?

It's very important to take care of a complex concussion with making sure you are roused every few hours or so from sleep. If you start feeling things like confusion or have severe nausea/vomiting, you make sure to DEMAND a CT scan be done of your head. NOT an MRI...but a CT scan to check for any bleeds on the brain. An MRI will not always pick those up. Also...NO aspirin products! Tylenol based products only if you develop a headache while at home. You need to get a LOT of rest. Be aware that it can take a couple of weeks to fully recover from a complex concussion...so you have to take it easy. Low lights and avoid a lot of noise.
