What does it mean when a guy says I really care about you I don't know if I am going or coming?

Ask him.

I'm not trying to avoid the question. It's just that you're a teen, and it's relatively likely you have a pretty awesome command of the English language, so if something he says doesn't make sense to you, then ask said guy what he meant.

It sounds like he's saying he really cares about you, but isn't sure if he wants to stick around with you, or something like that. But again, only he knows what he means so ask him!
