really depends what pills to determine their effects. Everything you put in your body will have an effect, some short term, others can be especially harmful. If you are considering taking drugs and decide to go ahead be aware of the risks- who would supply you? Some drug dealers cut the "pure" drugs with other agents- that in some cases are more dangerous that the actual drug- but cheap to buy. If you are considering taking any drugs, legal or otherwise it is worth talking to people if you are concerned, perhaps a doctor, pharmacist or people in health centers who specialize in illegal drug use and their effects- they swear confidentiality and are only active to provide people with information. Listen to what your friends say but bear in mind whilst the human body has it's consistencies your body man not have the same reactions as others. My personal advice is that if you don't have to take pills, don't. Explore other avenues; herbalism, physiotherapy, acupuncture. If you do not trust your doctor, get another opinion.
