What does code FO mean on your GE profile range?

My range popped up with a FO code. This happened once before and controll lockout ( 9 -0 ) worked to rid the FO code. It dosn't work this time. None of the the controls on the touch pad will work. The burners work but not the oven. Help, what do I do?
