firstly, don't listen to that say "everything's going to be alright" blahblahblah, because they not only usually have no idea what you're going through, but are saying it because they want to help you but have no real solution to your problems.
this is how you make yourself really happy
-try and smile everyday even if it's for no reason, like watch some kathy griffin stuff (smiling for no reason... get it)
-try and do something that makes you feel for-filled and worn out, like go for a run or set yourself a goal at work/school/college
-surround yourself with people you enjoy being around, who cares if they enjoy being around you.
-go out to things that you want to go out to, poetry evenings or whatever takes your fancy.
-sit up at night reading a book
-get as much sunshine as you can
-YouTube something you like for hours until you're gleaming.
there are many more things you could do.
and remember, everything's going to be alright!
