How do you find MLM leaders?

A good MLM leader is one who is knowledgeable in the kind of product or services that he/she is involved in. MLM involves recruiting, so the leader that you must choose is the one who is not afraid to talk to people and one who is patient and who can teach you and nurture you to become productive and guide you into becoming one yourself.

I have been in the MLM business long enough to see that there are leaders and there are those who claim to be leaders only in the sense that they know how to recuit, however when it comes to training and nurturing the agents...they are wither not there or they suck! If you can find a recruiter who stops contacting you or who does not answer your calls once you join...stay away from that person. You will never learn from him and you will never be productive.
