JOHN DEERe is a huge company with manufacturing facilities in over 30 countries. The facility in Horicon, Wisconsin is the historical home of Deere's lawn and garden tractor although they are also built in Tennesee and in Germany. John Deere currently make about 50 different lawn tractors.
