How much does it cost to build a house in Wayne county Pa?

I read somewhere that building a house can cost anywhere from $80 per sq. foot to $200 per sq. foot. It's hard to estimate because there are many factors that have to be taken into account. One thing to think is if you're building in a city like Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, then it will most likely be on the higher end of this range whereas rural PA would be closer to the lower end of the range.
