What does UMP stand for?

The Union for a Popular Movement, the political party of French President Nicholas Sarkozy.

It could also stand for Universale Maschinenpistole(German for "Universal Machine Pistol"), in relation to Heckler and Koch's UMP .45 submachine gun.
