If you buy a bed from IKEA and its taken over by bed bugs which infest your house and give you hundreds of bites and you have evidence to support all this can you sue and would this make a good case?

Only if You recall the moment you first saw the bed bugs I once had a set of clothes from Unique in Annandale VA. I had bought for my cosplay, turns out that the clothe was carrying bed bugs. I found out 3 weeks later. Go figure
