Is tree of heaven any good to burn?

Tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima) is not ideal for burning as firewood due to its high resin content, which can produce excessive smoke and creosote buildup in chimneys. While it burns readily, the quality of the heat produced is generally lower compared to hardwoods like oak or maple.
