Where would you find isopods on your backyard?

Isopods can often be found in damp, shaded areas of your backyard, such as under rocks, logs, or leaf litter. They thrive in moist environments, so checking under mulch or in garden beds can also yield sightings. Additionally, they might be found in compost piles where organic matter is decomposing.
