Aggravated burglay is a felony offense. He will be considered a fugitive from justice and it is possible that the case may be transferred to adult court for prosecution.

The fact that the minor has moved to another state has NO effect whatsoever on the prosecution of the case, and it also pauses the Statute of Limitations from running. It is quite possible that an interstate warrant may be issued for theiir arrest and, if served, they could be extradited back to face trial.
