On my game Sims 2 double deluxe my sim won't move out of their house why?

Because you have to go and look in the newspaper and click (look for new home) then you find an affordable house that you can buy. Buy it and it's kind of like starting a new game but with a new home. I think so, but I'm not sure if you can take all your stuff with you. But I would probably sell everything in the Buy Mode and then move to the New Home and Buy New Things. But I do know for sure that you can take along your family because you would sell the house and they would't have a place to stay, so they would HAVE to come with you, and plus their your FAMILY.
