Where when and how did Hitler die?

Hitler died in Berlin, Germany in 1945 as Russia was taking the city from the Germans. He committed suicide by shooting himself in the head after he gave his wife poison to drink. His body was carried outside from his bunker to a bomb carter where it was burned. It is reported that Russian soldiers found his remains.
