Foot traffic,as well as you don't want the backs of employees facing customers.You also don't want cubicles that aren't glass,it makes you look like you have something to hide.Make filing accessable with room not only to roll out the files but be able to walk around someone with a cabinet open.Comfortable and ergonomic chairs are a must have.If your starting from scratch buy the top of the line state of the art stuff and watch it be retro in 10 years,you'll never seem to be able to keep up with the times unless you totally start from scratch you can't keep old phones,cabinets etc,you need to start off brand new,that will also cut down on the dust mites and paper bugs.
