A 30 yr roof will cost u @ $4.65 a foot --Installed - It should have the following

Starter Strips

Ridge Vent

Fiberglass Roof Felt

Metal lining of all valleys

Copper chimny Flashing

Heavy 'weather watch' underlayment

Drip edges

and a Lifetime warranty on Labor ! If u don't get these...e !!
