This depends entirely on how close they are, and what number they have written on them.

Sometimes they can be minimal distances apart, in which case they're liable to be quite a substancial gap between the 2 lines, in comparison to them being 4 centimetres apart on the map, in which case it would be a very minimal rise/decline.
