What is a fairy tale with a giraffe in it?

In Greek and Roman myths giraffes are believes to be a creature that is a mixed of a camel and a leopard called a camelopardalis.

Other myths tell how giraffes got to their height, like the eastern African which tell that the giraffe (most likely the first giraffe) grew tall for eating too many magic herbs.
