How do you make small talk with a guy?

Small talk basically refers to the standard conversation someone may have with another person that "gets a conversation going". It is usually the first conversation after introductions and forms questions and answers that could be set to practically anybody. Example (Introductions) Jim: Hey Kate Kate: hey (Small talk) Jim: So how has you weekend been? Kate: Not too bad, you? Jim: Saturday was ace, me and my mates went to this awesome club... The small talk in this question could be asked to anyone and gets a conversation going. A few examples are -How are you? -How have you been? -How was your weekend/holidays? -How is work/uni/college/school? -Have you seen (*latest film8)? (For when you don't know the person) -Hey, I'm knew around here... -Sorry, could you tell me how to get to... -Has anyone ever told you how beautiful your eyes (opposite sex only!
