Where is Social Media heading?

Businesses that fully engage with social media, Twitter,Facebook fan pages, Flickr, YouTube videos, have their own blog that they regularly update on a daily/weekly basis will be the ones that survive the current recession and grow.

The other businesses that don't engage in social media will wither.

Social Media is where its at now and for the next three to five years, businesses must engage now before its too late.
