Did the Greek goddess Athena have any powers?

Athena was a shape shifter - she could take on the appearance of any person or animal, although her favorite was the owl (her symbol). When impersonating a human, even that person's closest acquaintances could not tell the differences. There have been reports that Athena could call up fogs in order to allow people to pass unnoticed, even through a crowd. Athena was the goddess of wisdom and military intelligence, and had great intellectual powers. As an owl she could fly.
