The New features that came out during the minecraft Beta 1.4 update are extensive. They include
- Tameable Wolves
- Cookies
- Sleeping in Beds resets your spawn location
- Sneaking on ladders will allow you to hang on
- Spiders will no longer trample crops
- Statistics Lists an achievements (stored locally, cannot be seen)
- New Mojang Logo
