What does the medical abbreviation LAC mean?

In medicine, LAC stands for several things. One thing it stands for is Long-Arm Cast. Another thing it stands for is Laceration. LAc can stand for licensed acupuncturist.
Left AnteCubital, referring to the site for a peripheral IV (a needle and line for fluids inserted into the vein of the forearm). It may also mean licensed acupuncturist, or be shorthand for laceration.
