Email address for Fed Ex Customer Service?

The form the first person listed no longer exists, that I have found. Here is what I did.

Go to customer support:

Pick the service you want to email (you cant email a general customer service person, only specialized by service.)

Then use the drop-down that says "Email Us About" and then choose a subject from that drop-down and the form will come up.

Its archaic, but that's what I used today. I hope someone answers and I hope this helps you.

When you google Fedex email this site comes up: http://fedex.com/us/customersupport/

However there is no visible email link. I went to "view source" on my web browser and found this:

I have sent an email question to them on their form to see if they reply.

It is either bad web page design or they don't want to handle email support. The email form they provide limits the size email question to perhaps 25 Words or so.
