Yes. All nationalities have to apply for a visa except for nationals from: Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. A 30-day Visa is granted on arrival at both Siem Reap International Airport, Phnom Penh International Airport and land border checkpoints.
