Is the big bad wolf innocent or guilty?

The Three Little Pigs is a morality tale that stresses the importance of doing a good job. The wolf represents forces that would destroy the work that a person has done. Because the first two pigs were lazy and did a poor job, the wolf destroyed their homes and ate them up, but because the third pig had worked hard and did a good job he was able to withstand and overcome that which would destroy him.
