What kind of transmission is in a 94 Lincoln mark viii?

4R70W Automatic transmission. I just changed the tranny in my 93. I used a tranny out of a 94 Crown Vic. Just had to change the shifting mechanizim and the tail shaft housing. Not nearly as hard as it sounds.
