How much is a old Cecilware sugar bowl work and what is it made out of and is there any websites I can go to to find more out about it?

The ones I have seen from the 30s and 40s are silver plaited brass. They are worth what somone will pay. I've seen them selling from $10 to $80 depending on condition. There may be rare variations worth more.
