How do I open the fuse box on Elantra?

There are two tabs on the cover. One on the top, and one on the bottom. Depending on the model of escort, it could be tabs on left and right. Just grab the cover and yank, don't worry about breaking anything. The fusebox is mounted with 3 bolts.
