Can boys wear nose rings

They can if they wish.

A guy wearing a nose ring isn't gay or girly like.

Guys can wear nose rings too. If its the septum aka bull ring your talking about that's definetly OK, a bridge peircing is okay too. But if you mean a stud like a diamond or a gold one on one side of there nose.. maybe not :P.. I don't know I've just never seen a tough guy wear something like that before.. but it's up to you.
