Buyer's Remorse laws are laws that allow you to cancel certain kinds of purchase contracts within a short (usually 1-5 days) period of time and get your money back.

For some reason, everyone thinks that car purchases can be cancelled under these laws. They cannot, in any state in the US, unless the purchase contract specifically says you can (it's far more likely to specifically say you can't).

The one exception is if the car is purchased somewhere other than the dealer's "usual place of business", such as at a parking lot sale or auto show. But if you were at the dealership when you signed the papers, you're pretty much stuck with the car.
