Why are lawyers like nuclear weapon?

Lawyers are like nuclear weapons.......... BECAUSE: 1. If one side has one, the other side has to get one.

2. Whoever may launch first, everybody suffers.

3. They both are highly expensive and not easily affordable.

4. Once launched, they cannot be recalled.

5. When they land, they screw up everything forever.
